Indian all-rounder Shivam Dube was given a hero’s welcome in Mumbai after returning home with the Indian cricket team following their triumph at the T20 World Cup in Barbados.

The celebrations the day before were nothing less than a spectacle where the Indian team paraded through the streets of Mumbai in an open-top bus. Thousands of ecstatic fans lined the streets, waving the Indian flag and chanting the players’ names.

The parade culminated at the Wankhede Stadium, where the players were officially felicitated in front of a packed house. Dube, along with his teammates, received a thunderous ovation from the Mumbai faithful.

After a rousing welcome at Mumbai on Thursday, we really feel happy. There was a grand reception yesterday. I thank you for today’s felicitation,” Dube said during the ceremony.
